At Mr. Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Mr. Bikes account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
